Basketball Recap: Beau Chene Falls Short of Brusly in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Beau Chene can now relate to. They took a 43-29 bruising from the Brusly Panthers on Thursday. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beau Chene's defeat dropped their record down to 16-13. As for Brusly, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-16.

Beau Chene does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Brusly, they will face off against Iowa on Monday. Iowa knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Brusly likes a good challenge.
