Volleyball Recap: Page Comes Up Short

Page was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Northwest Guilford Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Page's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Northwest Guilford, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Page is set to challenge their familiar foe East Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Northwest Guilford will take on rival R.J. Reynolds at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
