Josilyn Hedges made a splash while hitting and pitching. She pitched five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
In other batting news, Rylee North was a standout: she scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. What's more, she posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Cloe Hatzer was another key player, scoring three runs while going 3-for-4.
