Volleyball Recap: Will Carleton Academy Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Will Carleton Academy faced off against Pittsford on Saturday. The Cougars fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 1-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Tuesday.

Will Carleton Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-8-3 record this season. As for Pittsford, their win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 9-8.

Will Carleton Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Litchfield on the 18th. Hopefully Pittsford paid attention to the Cougars' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cougars at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
