Volleyball Recap: Salem Tigers vs. St. Clair Bulldogs
After flying high against Cuba last Tuesday, Salem came back down to earth. The Salem Tigers came up short against the St. Clair Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-14, 25-18.
Salem's offense was headlined by
Addison Fulton and
Reagan Dubois, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from
Carly Atkinson and her five assists. Dubois was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 8-23-2. As for St. Clair, their win bumped their record up to 20-12-3.
As of now, neither Salem nor St. Clair have any future games scheduled.
