Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Tennyson Lancers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lancers when the teams met back in September of 2016, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 21-25, 25-20.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Tennyson, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Kennedy will head out on the road to take on De Anza at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tennyson, they will challenge Oakland Military Institute at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
