Basketball Preview: Big Horn Rams vs. Sundance Bulldogs
The Big Horn Rams will head out on the road to face off against the Sundance Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Big Horn will be strutting in after a victory while the Bulldogs will be coming in after a defeat.
In what's become a running theme this season, Big Horn gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. Everything went their way against Riverside as Big Horn made off with a 65-44 victory.
Big Horn's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caleb Adsit, who scored 12 points. Adsit is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Gibson, who scored eight points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Sundance came up short against the Eagles on Saturday and fell 52-39. Sundance has not had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Big Horn's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Sundance, they dropped their record down to 10-7 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Everything went Big Horn's way against the Bulldogs in their previous meeting back in January as the Rams made off with a 60-40 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Big Horn since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
