Soccer Game Preview: Richmond vs. Yale

The Richmond Blue Devils will head out to square off against the Yale Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Richmond will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Wednesday, then bounced right back against Algonac on Monday. The Blue Devils' defense stepped up to hand the Muskrats a 7-0 shutout. Richmond haven't had any issues with Algonac recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Yale hasn't lost a match since September 12th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. Neither they nor Croswell-Lexington could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Yale's draw gives them a new season record of 10-2-3. As for Richmond, their win bumped their record up to 9-6-3.
