Soccer Game Preview: Saint James vs. Potomac School

Saint James hasn't had much luck against Potomac School recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Saints are taking a road trip to challenge the Panthers at 4:30 p.m.

Saint James is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another highly-ranked state team: Kiski School, who was ranked 22nd in their home state at the time (Saint James was ranked 13th). The Saints fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Potomac School, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They never let Georgetown Day get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. Potomac School haven't had any issues with Georgetown Day recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Potomac School's victory bumped their record up to 4-2-2. As for Saint James, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9-1.

Saint James might still be hurting after the 4-0 loss they got from Potomac School when the teams last played back in August. Can the Saints avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
