Baseball Recap: Floyd Comes Up Short

Floyd lost to Dora back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Broncos came up short against the Coyotes, falling 15-1.

Adan Nieto was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, one triple, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season.

Floyd's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Dora, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Floyd beat the Coyotes by a score of 15-11 later that day.
