Parkview came out on top against Norcross on Thursday thanks in part to Porter Berryman's efforts. Berryman wasn't messing around, striking out six batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with two or fewer walks.

Berryman's strong effort led Parkview over Norcross and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
