Basketball Preview: McLane Highlanders vs. Stockdale Mustangs
Having just played yesterday, the McLane Highlanders will jump right back in to play the Stockdale Mustangs at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. McLane has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
On Friday, McLane didn't have too much trouble with Justin Garza as they won 67-51.

McLane relied on the efforts of Demetrius Simon, who went 7 for 9 en route to 16 points along with seven boards and five assists, and Keyvon Burcher, who went 10 of 16 on his way to 24 points. McLane is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.9 points per game. As for Stockdale, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
