Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mansfield). They blew past the Cedarville Pirates 15-2 on Tuesday. The Tigers not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 16, 2024.

The win (which was Mansfield's third in a row) raised their record to 3-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Cedarville, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Mansfield will host Cossatot River at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cedarville, they will head out on the road to square off against Booneville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
