Basketball Recap: Shenandoah Victorious

Shenandoah's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Woodward Academy Knights 60-57. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mustangs have posted since December 12, 2025.

Shenandoah has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. As for Woodward Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Shenandoah has already played their next matchup (against East Mills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Woodward Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against West Central Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.6 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
