Cheyenne Mountain is a perfect 4-0 against The Classical Academy since October of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Red-Tailed Hawks will be taking part in a tournament against the Titans at 8:00 a.m. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Cheyenne Mountain will bounce into Saturday's match after beating Palmer Ridge, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Red-Tailed Hawks blew past the Bears 3-0 on Thursday. The Red-Tailed Hawks have beaten the Bears the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bears has come to flipping the script.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, The Classical Academy made easy work of Mitchell on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant The Classical Academy was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-11, 25-9.

Cheyenne Mountain now has a winning record of 6-5. As for The Classical Academy, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.

Cheyenne Mountain was able to grind out a solid victory over The Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Red-Tailed Hawks repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
