Burnsville had a successful week, as it won three total games to lead South Suburban. The Blaze beat
Lakeville North 2-0 and
Eastview 2-0.
The Lightning's pitching was especially stingy this week, allowing 15 hits and seven walks to lead the league in both categories.
Eastview's
Ryan Heisler was locked in this week, and led the league with a .429 average (3-for-7) over that span. His average for the season stands at .289, which ranks 19th in the league. Heisler has accumulated 11 base knocks this year so far.
