Soccer Recap: Leto Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Leto was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brandon Eagles. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Falcons couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Katherine Miranda, who's now up to five this season.

Leto has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Brandon, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-7.

Leto will venture away from home to challenge Chamberlain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Leto is facing Chamberlain at the right time seeing as Chamberlain is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Brandon, they will host Jefferson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Brandon will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: Jefferson will have lost ten straight heading into Friday's matchup.
