Baseball Recap: Antelope Comes Up Short

If Antelope was riding high fresh off their 15-5 takedown of Rosemont on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Titans fell just short of the Inderkum Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Titans haven't been shut out since back in March.

Antelope saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Hodson, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles.

Antelope has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season. As for Inderkum, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.

Looking ahead, Antelope will take on Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Titans are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Inderkum, they will challenge Ponderosa at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
