Volleyball Recap: Cambridge Takes a Loss

Cambridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fellowship Christian Paladins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2019.

Cambridge was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-22.

Cambridge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Fellowship Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Looking ahead, Cambridge will take on Dacula at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fellowship Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lassiter at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
