Basketball Recap: Center-Stanton Takes a Loss

Center-Stanton lost against New Salem back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Center-Stanton Wildcats fell just short of the New Salem Holsteins by a score of 39-36. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Center-Stanton's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for New Salem, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season.

Center-Stanton has already played their next match (against Hebron-Glen Ullin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. New Salem will take on Beach at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
