Basketball Recap: Prairie Heights Panthers vs. Central Noble Cougars
Prairie Heights and Central Noble squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Prairie Heights had to settle for second. They took a 48-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Noble Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-47 back in February.
Prairie Heights' loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Myles Edwards, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Cade Bachelor, who earned nine points.
