After losing to ALA - West Foothills the last time they met, Paradise Honors decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Guardians 35-7. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won three games by 28 points or more so far this season.

Chuck Van Dyke was his usual excellent self, rushing for 224 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Paradise Honors is undefeated when Van Dyke posts two or more rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Paradise Honors was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 238 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as ALA - West Foothills only rushed for 138.

Paradise Honors didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Drew Dewett led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last four games he's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Paradise Honors and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for ALA - West Foothills, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Paradise Honors wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 29-7 defeat against Peoria on the 10th. As for ALA - West Foothills, they have also already played their next contest, a 17-14 victory against Northwest Christian on the 10th.
