Softball Recap: Tenafly Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Tenafly's offense. They came up short against the NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights on Friday, falling 16-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Golden Knights: they've now lost nine in a row.

Tenafly's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for NV - Old Tappan, their win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1.

Tenafly does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for NV - Old Tappan, they will host Ridgefield Park at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
