Basketball Game Preview: Albany Hornets vs. Sterlington Panthers

The Albany Hornets will take on the Sterlington Panthers on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Albany comes in on seven and Sterlington on 14.

Albany is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top against North Vermilion by a score of 44-37.

Meanwhile, Sterlington took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging a 59-27 win over South Beauregard. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Albany's victory bumped their record up to 25-11. As for Sterlington, their win bumped their record up to 24-8.

Albany beat Sterlington 53-40 in their previous matchup back in December of 2015. Will Albany repeat their success, or does Sterlington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
