Soccer Recap: Hazel Green Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, Hazel Green was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They came up short against the Randolph School Raiders, falling 4-1. If Hazel Green were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to Randolph School when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hazel Green's goal came courtesy of Eli Cochran, who's now up to two this season.

Hazel Green's loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1. As for Randolph School, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-10-1.

Hazel Green didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Lee on the 1st. As for Randolph School, they have also already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Mae Jemison on the 1st.
