Basketball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 30-29 heartbreaker at the hands of the Milford Spartans. The Raiders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Lebanon's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Milford, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

When Lebanon and Milford next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Lebanon will try to stop Oyster River's five-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Milford will challenge Merrimack Valley and their four-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
