Basketball Recap: Victory Charter Comes Up Short

Victory Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Garden Valley Wolverines. If the Vipers were looking for revenge after losing 61-52 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Victory Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Garden Valley, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

While Victory Charter had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
