Recap: Crescenta Valley Falcons vs. Kennedy Fighting Irish
The Crescenta Valley Falcons and the Kennedy Fighting Irish squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Crescenta Valley Falcons had to settle for second. Crescenta Valley took a 28-14 bruising from Kennedy.
Jacob Deno threw for 195 yards on 13 of 25 attempts. Bjorn Hermansen was his top target, picking up 114 receiving yards.
Among those leading the charge was Rider Street, who gained 158 total yards.
Crescenta Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Kennedy, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.
Crescenta Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kennedy will head out on the road to face off against Xavier Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
