Softball Recap: Cumberland County Panthers vs. Glasgow Scotties

There's no place like home for Cumberland County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They walked away with a 9-5 win over the Glasgow Scotties on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Cumberland County also won the last time the pair played two weeks ago.

Abby Morgan made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). Morgan was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Cora Craft, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
