Softball Recap: HCYA vs. Grand Oaks Grizzlies
HCYA hadn't done well against Grand Oaks recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Milynnzi Hall was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in March of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI.
