Soccer Recap: West Broward Takes a Loss

West Broward was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell just short of the Flanagan Falcons by a score of 2-1. One reason for the loss might be the Bobcats' aggressive play style: Derek Velez and Jaden Aleman were both handed yellow cards.

West Broward's goal came courtesy of Juan Alaix, who's now up to two this season.

West Broward's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Flanagan, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4-3.

West Broward didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Taravella on the 11th. As for Flanagan, they will venture away from home to face off against Coral Glades at 6:30 p.m. on December 17th.
