The Superior Panthers are on the road again on Tuesday to play the Mogollon Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Superior scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 20-4 margin over Ash Fork/Seligman. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.
Antonio Lopez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). Lopez was also big at the plate, scoring two runs.
