Baseball Recap: Hesperia Takes a Loss

Hesperia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 7-4 to the Fremont Packers. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Packers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 7-4 loss on Saturday.

Hesperia's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Fremont, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

Coming up, Hesperia will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Mason County Central at 4:00 p.m. The Panthers are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Fremont, they will head out to take on Whitehall at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
