After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hersey, Niles West was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 50-0 win over the Maine East Blue Demons. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wolves' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Niles West's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Maine East, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
