Soccer Recap: Kiski Area Comes Up Short

Kiski Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Hampton Talbots, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Kiski Area can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 360th, while Hampton are ranked 49th).

Kiski Area's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Hampton, their win bumped their record up to 9-2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kiski Area is set to challenge their familiar foe Knoch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hampton will face off against rival Armstrong at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
