Volleyball Recap: Tri Takes a Loss

Tri was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Blue River Valley Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-13, 25-14.

Tri's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Blue River Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-13.

Coming up, Tri will head out on the road to face off against South Decatur at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Blue River Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Knightstown on the 4th.
