After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Howard Tech brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They blew past the Brainerd Panthers 12-2 on Wednesday. The Hustlin' Tigers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Howard Tech picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-6. As for Brainerd, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Howard Tech will venture away from home to square off against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brainerd, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Tyner Academy on the 3rd.
