Basketball Recap: Oak Grove Lutheran Takes a Loss

Oak Grove Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 66-40 to the West Central Area Knights.

Oak Grove Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for West Central Area, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oak Grove Lutheran will face off against Central Cass at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Central Cass knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Oak Grove Lutheran likes a good challenge. As for West Central Area, they will square off against Benson at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
