Florence put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Globe Tigers 64-49. That's more bragging rights for the Gophers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Florence's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brody Ramirez, who went 8 for 16 on his way to 20 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Adrian Taufaasau, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds.

Florence smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Globe lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Vansler Nosie, who went 6 of 12 en route to 16 points. The game was Nosie's third in a row with at least ten points. Josiah Cutter was another key player, going 5 for 10 on his way to 15 points and five assists.

Florence pushed their record up to 18-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.4 points per game. As for Globe, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-9.

Florence didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 48-44 defeat against Coolidge on the 17th. Globe has also already played their next contest, a 62-51 loss against Seton Catholic on the 17th.
