Recap: Odyssey Charter School Titans vs. Pine Knights
The Odyssey Charter School Titans suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They were outmatched by Pine on the road and fell 51-14. While losing is never fun, Odyssey Charter School can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 606th, while Pine is ranked 182nd).
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Odyssey Charter School struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Odyssey Charter School's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Pine, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 13-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Odyssey Charter School will take on Melbourne Central Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Melbourne Central Catholic's defense has only allowed 29.5 points per game this season, so Odyssey Charter School's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Pine, they will be playing at home against Dreyfoos School of the Arts at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
