Correll Akings Game Report: vs Nazareth Area

Wilson had to settle for second on Friday, but Correll Akings sure wasn't going down easily. Akings was dialed in as he rushed for 68 yards and one TD, and also picked up 45 receiving yards and one touchdown. He was dominant the last time he took on Nazareth Area back in September of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming.

Akings and Wilson will look to defend their home field on Friday against Reading at 7:00 p.m. The Bulldogs got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Red KNights thanks in part to Akings: he picked up 79 receiving yards and one score, and also rushed for 54 yards.
