Volleyball Recap: Casey County Comes Up Short

Casey County lost against Southwestern back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rebels fell 2-0 to the Warriors. The game marked the first time this season in which the Rebels were not able to get on the board.

Casey County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Southwestern, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Casey County will square off against rival Pulaski County at 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Southwestern is set to challenge their familiar foe West Jessamine at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
