Soccer Recap: Dunn Falls to Nipomo in First Game of Season

Dunn unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Nipomo Titans on Tuesday, falling 5-1. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Luiz Stankovic Rudge Leite was handed one for Dunn, while Nipomo got theirs courtesy of Connor Redmond.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dunn will welcome Ventura at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nipomo, they will be playing at home against St. Joseph at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
