Football Game Preview: Reedsburg Beavers vs. Waterford Wolverines

The Reedsburg Beavers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Waterford Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Reedsburg will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up three points two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Tomah on Friday. The Beavers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Timberwolves 51-19. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Beavers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 74th, while the Timberwolves are ranked 212th).

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Waterford and Burlington meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Friday. The Wolverines came out on top against the Demons by a score of 21-14. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Reedsburg now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Waterford, they now also have a winning record of 5-4.
