Soccer Recap: Chenango Forks Takes a Loss

The Chenango Forks Blue Devils didn't have quite enough to beat the Maine-Endwell Spartans on Wednesday and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Chenango Forks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 88th, while Maine-Endwell are ranked 18th).

Chenango Forks' loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Maine-Endwell, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 13-0-1.

Chenango Forks does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maine-Endwell, they will square off against Oneonta at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
