Soccer Recap: Elizabeth Forward Comes Up Short

Elizabeth Forward and Mt. Pleasant squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Elizabeth Forward had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1. Elizabeth Forward were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Mt. Pleasant apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

Elizabeth Forward is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7. As for Mt. Pleasant, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Elizabeth Forward nor Mt. Pleasant have any future games scheduled.
