Basketball Recap: Tenoroc's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Tenoroc had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past the Lake Placid Dragons with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 51-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Titans also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2020.

Tenoroc had a senior duo take command as Antonio Cambell posted nine points and Julian Graham put up 11 points. Cambell continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played.

Loss or not, Lake Placid got some senior leadership from Dj Bullard and Mosley Mccray. Bullard earned 13 points and eight rebounds, while Mccray had ten points and seven boards. Bullard has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last six times he's played.

Tenoroc's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-9. As for Lake Placid, their defeat was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-15.

Tenoroc didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-41 win against Hardee on the 28th. Lake Placid has also already played their next matchup, a 63-26 loss against LaBelle on the 28th.
