Soccer Recap: Bishop Dubourg's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Bishop DuBourg barely beat University City the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cavaliers never let the Lions get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for Bishop DuBourg as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Bishop DuBourg's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-11-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three contests. As for University City, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Looking ahead, Bishop DuBourg will take on Gateway Science Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. University City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
