Soccer Recap: Harpeth Comes Up Short

Harpeth lost against Cheatham County Central back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell just short of the Cubs by a score of 1-0. The shutout was out of character for Harpeth seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Harpeth's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-2. As for Cheatham County Central, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5.

Harpeth has already played their next match, a 9-0 loss against Westview on the 21st. As for Cheatham County Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Huntingdon on the 21st.
