Softball Recap: Hickory Grove Christian Comes Up Short

Metrolina Christian Academy hit Hickory Grove Christian with a eight-run sixth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Lions came up short against the Warriors, falling 17-7. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Hickory Grove Christian now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Metrolina Christian Academy, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-10.
